Cardio Boost – The workout that propels you! In a small group of 6 people, enjoy a motivating atmosphere and personalized coaching to push your limits and boost your cardio. Each session combines endurance and strength training to burn maximum calories, improve your fitness, and feel stronger in your daily life. This class is for you if: - you want to sweat and let off steam - you like fast-paced and intense sessions - you want to improve your breathing and energy - you're looking to burn fat and refine your figure - you want to challenge yourself in a fun and supportive atmosphere All levels are welcome – the small group format allows the coach to adapt the exercises to your abilities. /!| A private introductory session is recommended to master the basics and fully enjoy the class.
