HIIT – Explosiveness in Express Format ⚡ In a small group of 6 people, combine short, intense intervals alternating between maximum effort and active recovery. Each session is designed to maximize your performance in a minimum of time, boost your metabolism, and improve both your cardio and explosive strength. The exercises vary from one session to the next to challenge you every time. This class is for you if: You want a short but ultra-effective workout You enjoy explosive and intense efforts You want to burn as many calories as possible even after the session You want to improve your explosiveness and responsiveness You're looking for a fun and challenging workout All levels are welcome – the trainer adapts the intensity and movements so everyone progresses at their own pace. /!| This class requires a high level of physical commitment; a good grasp of the basics is recommended to fully enjoy it.
